It has been my goal and desire to be a leader that inspires, exhorts, and challenges people to become greater than they think possible . . . to encourage people to think more of themselves and to not limit themselves with their own thinking.
A small group can have a positive impact on any organization when there is a clearly defined vision that is supported and exemplified by committed, sincere individuals.
Teams and individuals need to clearly know what winning looks like.
Once you have the trust of a person and they have yours then whatever challenges you undertake will become a successful group experience. People do not work for me, they work with me.
Teams’ successes are shared throughout the organization, from top to bottom, which offers them a greater sense of pride to know they were part of the process.
We see how people are really engaged in these principles and live it every day.
I have a very strong belief that I can make a difference at Barry-Wehmiller not only with the work I do, but also with the attitude I can share.
